Sheila Rhino Sheffield

Sheila Rhino Sheffield, 77, of Au Sable Forks, NY and Wesley Chapel, Florida passed into the hands of the Lord on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 after a yearlong battle with complications of a stroke at CVPH with her loving family by her side.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Mangual and son-in-law Manny of Wesley Chapel, Florida; grandsons Bryan of Wesley Chapel, Florida and Kenneth of Fort Lewis, Washington; a sister Sandra Pelkey of Au Sable Forks; and several cousins.

Sheila worked many years for Steve Godlewski at Feek Pharmacy in Au Sable Forks. She loved going to BINGO and her favorite hobbies were listening to country and western music, watching Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel and sitting in the sun with friends.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Heidrick-Zaumetzer Funeral Home, 3 College Street in Au Sable Forks. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Name Church in Au Sable Forks on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Holy Name Cemetery.
