Philip Sorocka, 73, of the John Fountain Road in Jay, NY, passed away on January 25, 2022 at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Zaumetzer Funeral Home, followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Jay Central Cemetery.
Services were entrusted to Zaumetzer Funeral Home, Au Sable Forks.
