Nancy Vincent

Nancy Grace Vincent, 70, of Fitzwilliam, NH, formerly of Wilmington, NY died peacefully while on hospice care in her daughter's home on June 29, 2023, with family and friends by her side.

She was born to the late Barbara (Pasho) and Donald Whalley on October 7, 1952 in Lake Placid, NY. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 51 years, Larry Vincent; her daughter, Bethany Vincent; and her daughter, Amanda League, son-in-law Rob League, and 3 grandchildren.

Nancy was a loving stay-at-home mom raising her two girls as the family moved around the country with her husband's job. She loved to sew, decorate, and have people over for meals on a regular basis. She often played the piano and sang in church. She was a talented seamstress and worked in a bridal shop and a costume shop after her daughters were grown. Later in life she enjoyed serving as a pastor's wife and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is also survived by her loving brothers Tom, Peter and Paul Whalley and 2 nephews. She is predeceased by her parents and one sibling, Scott Whalley.

Thanks to Home Health & Hospice Care of New Hampshire for their compassionate and attentive care of Nancy in her last week of life.

Nancy's memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 1pm at Crossway Church, 28 Arch St., Keene, New Hampshire.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Upper Jay, New York.
