Kathleen Blaisel

Kathleen Ruth Blaisel, 69, of Jay, NY, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Robert Cooper.

She is survived by her loving husband, James Blaisel, her son Brett Sahm, daughter-in-law Cindy Sahm; her step-children Jennifer Blaisel, Devon Schumacher, and Christopher Blaisel and cherished grandchild Sophie; step-grandchildren Michael, Abigail, and Amber. She is also survived by her brothers Rev. William Cooper and Gerald Cooper.

To honor Kathleen, she requested donations be made to St. James Church, PO Box 98, Au Sable Forks, NY 12912 or the North Country SPCA, PO Box 55, Elizabethtown, NY 12932.

In accordance with her wishes there will be no services.

Arrangements were entrusted to Heidrick-Zaumetzer Funeral Home, 3 College St., Au Sable Forks, NY 12912.
