Denise Blaise

Denise Blaise, 70, of Au Sable Forks, passed away July 1, 2020 at CVPH in Plattsburgh.

Denise was born in Plattsburgh, N.Y. on February 7, 1950 to Jennette and John David. Denise married David Blaise, and they enjoyed yard sales and flea markets throughout the years.

Survivors include her daughter, Helen Modest; daughter-in-law Anna Blaise, who was by Denise's side until the end; brothers John (Jasper) David and companion Mary Hart, and Kenneth David; grandchildren David Blaise, Jr. and girlfriend Emily, and Josh Blaise and Kendra (Peter) Alan; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her husband, David, in March of this year; son David Blaise, Sr.; and her sister Katherine Latour.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, July 7 from 1:00 to 1:45 at Thwaits-Zaumetzer Funeral Home, Au Sable Forks. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 at Holy Name Church with interment to follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Au Sable Forks.
